"The emotions are sometimes so strong that I work without knowing it. The strokes come like speech."

ABOUT ME

CredentialsÂ
I grew up loving art by exploring and making mess until it is a 'masterpiece'.
I became an art therapist to combine my passion for art and working with people. Art therapy is a holistic way to support people with mental health. I find individuals get surprised how well they can interpret their emotions though art making and I support them through this emotional process of self development and compassion.

EXPERIENCE
I have worked in many different settings, like school (primary & secondary), community, health care, and charities. I am passionate about working with different cultures and diversity in people's lives. I value supporting individuals in their journey and learning their strengths. For example, I have facilitated individual and group art therapy for youth-at-risk in CAMHS ward and worked alongside multi-disciplinary teams. Also, I have over two years experience freelancing with charities, where I have set up group art therapy for adults with mental health and living with disabilities.
