If you book a free info session for half an hour I will go through guidelines and expectations on art therapy. Plus, I will send you my leaflet, referral, and consent forms.

Here are some recommendations:

For online sessions: find your safe and private space at your home, use a set of headphone, and have a private wifi to improve privacy

Using art materials are not fully mandate in sessions but if you are willing to I will go through a set of materials you may arrange for your sessions (in-person sessions: I have art materials available)

Art skills are not required. Your willingness to explore and create is most valuable

I require 24 hours cancellation notice prior for a refund (the session fee will not be charged)

In Group Therapy I require 72 hours cancellation notice for a full refund before you start the workshop (not during when the workshop is running). If there are less than five people joining the group then there will be a full refund before the group workshop starts.

Privacy Policy
Once you are accepted for art therapy, your personal information will be stored on a password-protected electronic devices. This data will not be shared with any third parties unless there are safety concerns to yourself or others. Otherwise, I would need your permission to share with third parties for collaborate support for your care plan (caregiver(s), social worker, teachers, GP, and solicitor). Every payment for your sessions will be invoice and both of us will have copies. If there are any changes to your personal data, please notify me to update.

Your personal data will be store up to 6 years (if you are under 18 years old then 6 years storage of your personal data will begin after).

If you want to share your artwork for my case studies/research, you will fill out an artwork consent form.
